More competitive through automation

Automatify is a Swiss service company with the mission of making businesses more digital, efficient, and competitive by automating manual work. We act as a bridge between business and technology. We support you in identifying suitable processes with high automation and cost-saving potential. We design a solution architecture tailored to each specific process and implement it using the most suitable technologies, such as Agentic AI, RPA, Analytics, or PowerApps components. Our headquarters are in Zurich, our Engineering Center is in Cluj-Napoca, and we serve clients across the entire DACH region.

Why automate processes?

Agentic automation with our challenge the norm approach

RPA has proven that automation works. Yet for a long time, it remained limited to simple, rules-based processes — leaving the true potential of modern technology largely untapped.

Agentic AI fundamentally changes that. AI agents analyze situations, make independent decisions within defined guardrails, and take action — reliably, controllably, and at scale. Not only for routine tasks, but also for complex, dynamic processes that previously required human judgment.

For you, this means automation is no longer bound by artificial limits. Sophisticated processes — with exceptions, contextual dependencies, and variable decision paths — can now be managed digitally in an efficient and sustainable way.

“Challenge the norm” stands for a structured, economically viable approach with a clear business focus: consistent efficiency gains, measurable cost reduction, and sustainable relief for your employees — through automation that thinks along with you.

Which technical automation approaches generate more business value?

Wherever you manually handle repetitive processes and need to access your ERP or specialized application, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) can be utilized. RPA mimics the manual process steps of the user via the user interface or through an API if available. RPA projects do not require any software modifications to your existing ERP or specialized application. This allows manual processes to be automated quickly and with predictable effort using RPA, offering the advantage that the entire investment will be amortized in less than a year.

Self Service Apps

more

The combination of RPA and self-service apps enables more efficient process handling by involving the users. RPA automates where it makes sense and provides all relevant information necessary for user decision-making within the app. When designing such process-specific apps, we consider not only the technical aspects but also the users’ preferences regarding usability and ease of use.

RPA + Generative AI

The availability of Gen AI services, such as Azure Open AI Services, enables the application of disruptive or entirely new automation approaches. The combination of RPA and Gen AI is a perfect match. For example, RPA can hand over relevant business documents to a Gen AI service. RPA can then request and automatically process all the desired contextual or detailed information from the document. By using Microsoft Azure Open AI Service, maximum data security and protection can be guaranteed.

RPA + Analytics

With RPA, the repetitive manual steps required to complete a process are automated or digitized. Preparing these process steps using analytics allows you to view the process from various perspectives. This enables better evaluation of process steps, gaining new insights, and initiating corrections more quickly. We develop analytics dashboards based on Microsoft Power BI.

iPaaS (API first)

If your organization is planning a long-term, strategic integration architecture that encompasses various business areas and systems, iPaaS is an exciting alternative to RPA because it enables centralized control and unified data management. When does RPA make sense, and when is it worth pursuing an iPaaS strategy? The answer depends on various parameters. We are happy to advise you on this topic and also offer a range of implementation services. We support the iPaaS platforms from Dell Boomi as well as Microsoft (Azure Integration Services).

Agentic Automation

Agentic Automation

Agentic AI systems can act autonomously, make decisions, and operate independently. However, to cover a specific use case, they must first be equipped with a “goal description” and the appropriate “tools“, as well as properly configured. Providers such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft offer suitable tools for this purpose.

These agents serve as an additional component alongside RPA, Build-for-Purpose-Apps, and analytics to implement advanced automation solutions. They can be based on various LLMs/SLMs, which may be available either online or offline (e.g., locally within a company’s network).

With Agentic AI, entirely new and highly intelligent, process-driven applications can be developed—without requiring modifications to existing applications or blocking internal IT specialists with a new project.
