We are a team of experienced consultants, deeply technical software developers and founders who share a passion for business process automation using robotic process automation (RPA).
The increasing demand in RPA, our track record in delivering IT projects, the direct business impact of our work and entrepreneurial spirit have been the reasons to found Automatify.
We design, build, integrate and operate software robots using the latest RPA and artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies. We offer different collaboration models and operate offices in Zurich, Switzerland and Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Urs Brawand
Management Lead
Urs has many years of experience in developing IT companies in Switzerland. This includes co-founded, venture-financed and growth oriented companies.
All these engagements followed a similar pattern: technological advances in information processing shifted companies towards new approaches in order to increase efficiency. Software robots with AI, which allow you to build the fully automated enterprise, follow exactly this pattern. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Science Northwestern Switzerland.

André Heymann
Customer Experience Lead
During the last years, André has been working with customers to design and operate Robotic Process Automation services with AI using the UiPath platform. He is an expert in helping companies getting started with RPA and scaling deployments across the enterprise.
In the last 20 years, André worked at Microsoft and several IT-services companies in Switzerland providing consulting services. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
André is Co-Founder and Member of the Automatify Board.
Radu Tut
Consulting Lead
Radu has spent the last 10 years helping customers in the DACH region leverage new technology to automate their business processes and create a modern, digital workplace. He has a successful track record in building up new technology competences and attracting IT talent. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School.
His passion for technology and consulting mindset inspires the team and enables us to provide outstanding services for our customers.
