What we expect from you:

  • Communicate with customers in proficient German and English and act as a main point of contact in respect to the solutions we are delivering

  • Advise and negotiate with customers various details regarding the solutions being delivered (non-commercial negotiations)

  • Support customers during all phases of the RPA journey, facilitating the understanding of RPA technology from a user/process perspective, but also licensing and infrastructure requirements

  • Coordinate the implementation team in a way that maximizes quality and customer satisfaction, while being mindful of the budget and timeline

  • Ensure that the engineering team has clear working instructions and as little downtime as possible

  • Facilitate the elimination of any blockers in a timely manner

  • Participate in the staffing process in order to create implementation teams that are a fit for the job to be done

  • Be aware and work according to agreed best practices, processes and standards

  • Estimate and plan your own work, being mindful of team dependencies and customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate 1-4 process implementations on a weekly basis

  • Manage risks

    + Contribute with your knowledge to the organization's knowledge base & working processes

    + Share your knowledge directly with other colleagues, through presentations, workshops, 1-1 coaching etc.
