As a Lean organization that takes advantage of rapid development cycles, our roles capture a bigger part of the value chain than in projects using traditional software engineering methods and technologies. In this context, we are looking for a person who wants to build on their project management experience and focus even more on customer interaction as a RPA Project Manager & Consultant, while still maintaining a direct connection with the implementation team. You will be supported in your role by defined way-of-working and standardized materials, as well as hands-on coaching and shadowing by more experienced consultants.

What we expect from you:
Prepare & present project plans to our customers in English (German is a big plus)
Understand and collect requirements from customers by asking the right questions
Support customers in setting up their infrastructure with the help of technical colleagues and standardized documentation
Monitor project implementation and mitigate issues with the help of technical colleagues
Manage team performance and work together with your team to enable them to maximize their career potential
Manage the project budget
Proactively identify and propose new solutions to fix customers’ problems
